Identification and supporting records
The published checklist includes copies of both parents’ national identity cards and, where qualifications are not shown, supporting qualification documents. Ask the team what applies to your circumstances.
Health documentation
The published KG1 checklist includes a school health card. Ask admissions which current health documents are required and how to obtain them.
Previous school records
Students joining from another school may need certified reports, enrolment history and transfer records. Speak with Student Affairs before arranging certification.

If someone other than the parent normally responsible for the application will handle school arrangements, discuss the necessary authorisation or guardianship documents with admissions in advance.
The team can explain what is required for your circumstances, including a parent living abroad or a change in family arrangements. Please use the school’s designated application process for personal documents.
For transfers from outside Egypt, contact Student Affairs before preparing or certifying records so that the correct process can be explained.

What should I confirm about my child’s age?
Give admissions your child’s date of birth, intended grade and academic year. The team can confirm eligibility using the applicable 1 October reference date.
When should I ask about transport?
If you need the school bus, discuss the route and your address with the school before completing admissions arrangements. Routes and available places must be confirmed.
When will we receive joining information?
After acceptance, the school provides information relevant to the new school year, including starting arrangements, uniform guidance and payment dates.
Should I send documents by ordinary email?
Contact the school first for the appropriate submission route. The live application form and the admissions team’s instructions explain how to provide the requested information.
